My New Favourite Chocolate Treat :)

I really don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but every once in while, like every woman on planet earth, I have an intense craving for chocolate. I’ve finally found a rich, creamy, satisfying chocolate treat that won’t go straight to my waistline, and I just have to tell the world about it! It’s called Kozy Shack No-Sugar-Added Chocolate Pudding and it’s a dream-come-true for someone like me who doesn’t really like sweets. The pudding comes in a 4-pack of 4-oz cups and you keep them in the fridge. The pudding is really thick and tastes like a Fudgesicle! It only has 90 calories per serving, 3 g fat, 10 g carbs, 4 g fibre (Wow! Pudding with fibre!), 4 g sugar, 3 g protein, 120 mg sodium, and 10 mg cholesterol. Best of all, it’s deeeeeelicious. Well, to me, anyways. If you’re looking to satisfying your chocolate cravings with a creamy treat that won’t leave you reaching for your SPANX (more on SPANX next time), check out this pudding in the dairy case next time you’re buying groceries.

What: Kozy Shack No-Sugar-Added Chocolate Pudding
Where: In the dairy case, near the yogurt, sold in 4-packs
How much: About $3.49

    Hi ladies,
I have a question regarding one of your comments on Chocolate in “Eat Shrink and be Merry”. I’m not exactly sure where I read it, but I think you made reference to a “Dove” chocolate bar, which I’ve been keeping my eyes open for but haven’t been able to find. I love quality dark chocolate and would like to try it. Where is it sold? The Lindt Exellence 70% Dark chocolate is very good. One square of that really takes care of a chocolate craving, it is so satisfying! Problem is, I can’t keep it around long because all four of my kids are turned on to dark chocolate now too. *sigh* at least it’s good for them in small quantities.

Thanks for the tip. I love Kozy Shack rice pudding & tapioca pudding but they are full of calories. If I can find this chocolate pudding I will definitely be trying it.

    Hello,
I haven’t been able to find the pudding you mentioned, but did find a Dutch Chocolate one by Kozy Shack which isn’t sugar free so decided to try it out. It is quite delicious, and what I tried is mixing in some plain yogurt to lighten it a bit, and YUMMY!! that was so good. Gave it a tangy mellow taste that I think is deliciamo. So, if you can’t find the sugar free ones, give this a go!
