We’re Back in Canada!

Well, we’re back in Canada, at least temporarily! This morning at 7 am we passed out 10,000 free copies of the June issue of Reader’s Digest at Union Station in downtown Toronto. Talk about chaos! People were ripping the magazine out of our hands—then they’d do a double-take and realize that it was us cover girls handing out the magazine! It was hilarious when people zoomed by uninterested, assuming we were handing out “Save the World” pamphlets, then they’d realize it was Reader’s Digest and come running back for their free copy!

If you happen to be in front of the TV tomorrow and you still don’t have your copy of Eat, Shrink & Be Merry, the Canadian shopping channel (TSC) is practically giving them away with a special “Two for $24.95″ offer. This special price is for tomorrow’s appearances only…we’re on at approximately 8:15 am, 1:15 pm, 5:15 pm, and 9:15 pm. (Father’s Day is coming up and ES&BM contains lots of manly grilling recipes!)

On a separate note, now that American Idol’s over, I have no idea what I’m going to do for entertainment on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Any suggestions?

    Hi Moe,

Just make sure that it says Neptune Krill Oil. That’s important. Both of those brands are probably good and end up being about the same price. By the way, you certainly don’t have to run out and buy all five of the top five supplements I recommended! Yikes! That could really add up! If you have a health condition, they all help for sure, but if it’s just for regular maintenance and prevention, you’d do well with the top two and then you could take the other three intermittently, here and there. Of course, it’s all based on each individual’s needs. Best wishes for great health!

    Hey Stacey!

Thanks for giving us the reminder about Canadian Idol, but both Greta and I don’t watch that show. We’re only addicted to American Idol (even though we’re proud Canadians! Go figure!) We’re both still in mourning that we won’t see Ryan, Simon and the gang til next January. Boo hoo!
