Hi ladies, love your show and your book. All the reciped I’ve made so far have been delicious. I don’t know if you’ve addressed this before but I was wondering about “air chilled chicken” and is it true that “regular chicken” is chilled with salted water? If so, is there enough salt in there to stay away from it completely and only buy the “air chilled” one.

I live in the Halifax-Dartmouth area of Nova Scotia and have tried your Chicken with Fire-Roast Vegetables and LOVE THEM. I won’t make any if I can buy yours. BUT, so far I have to depend on my friend to take me to COSTCO. Will they be available elsewhere soon? Any other products coming our way.
