Hi everyone! Sorry it took us so long to draw the two lucky winners of the 24-pack of “grEATing” cards. We’ve been on location in Toronto taping our TV show. Blog comment #24, Leigh, and blog comment #37, Lesley, were officially drawn this morning, so congratulations gals! You will each receive a set of 24 “grEATing” cards in a range of categories: birthday, get well, thank you, keep in touch, etc., so that should keep you well-stocked for 2009. By the way, my birthday is April 12th and Janet’s is the 20th, in case you’re looking for an occasion to mail out a birthday card

I watched one of your TV show episodes and you made boneless ribs with pork loin! they looked very good. Is the recipe on your website or is in one of your cook books?

You can find our recipes from season one of our TV show on http://www.foodtv.ca (Food Network Canada’s site). The rib episode recipe is on there, as well as all of those from both season one and season two.

I am soooooo excited, I just got the GrEATing cards that I won. I almost want to be selfish and hoard them for myself! Thanks so much for the hand signed card. Recently I saw your guest appearance on CTV’s Canada AM in which you prpared a marinaded steak. I’ve tried the marinade andwas very impressed. My question is: What grill did you use? I’ve been searching for a good indoor grill and would like your opinion.

Kathy, the grill that I used on Canada AM is made by Salton and I bought it at Canadian Tire about two years ago. It was around $100 and worth every penny. I love it and use it often for TV cooking segments.
